Brentford manager Thomas Frank has responded to rumours linking him with a move to Arsenal and Manchester United.
Thomas Frank who led the club to the Premier League last season has been a darling to many owing to his attractive style of football with rumours having emerged that he is being targeted with some of the biggest clubs in England.
Arsenal and Man United are the teams said to be interested in his services but according to the manager, the clubs needs to come to him if they are serious about their interest.
“So, I understand that well, but… Arsenal and United. Wasn’t that how it was? I think I read that at some point. It’s very nice, but one thing is rumours, and the other is if they really wanted to contact me. Then we have to take it from there.
“I have a contact until 2023. I’m insanely happy at Brentford. It’s a club that means a lot to me and where I have had great times. I enjoy working with our director of football, owners, players, staff and fans.
“It’s the club who must come to me, but now we must see what the future brings. I know we have mutual respect and a good relationship with each other on that,” Frank told Danish publication Bold.
Arteta and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer remain backed by their club boards but situations could change for the duo if results fail to come their way.
