Sean Dyche’s Burnley are one of the Premier League teams interested in signing Chelsea midfielder Ross Barkley in January.
Barkley had a superb outing last season with Aston Villa but returned to his parent club in the summer where games have been hard to come by despite featuring in their last outing against Burnely that ended in a 1-1 draw.
The Athletic vi Absolute Chelsea on Twitter now reports that Burnely are discussing a January loan deal for the England international as they aim to have many options in their midfield in the second half of the season.

Barkley has made eight appearances so far this term for the Blues but the game time amount to just 238 minutes but remains behind the pecking order at the club as he is battling it out with summer signing Saul Niguez.
Sean Dyche wants to promise Barkley more game time as he hopes that this will help his chances of making the England squad for their 2022 World Cup set for Qatar.
