Zambian striker Patson Daka made history with Leicester City following their 4-3 win over Spartak Moscow in the UEFA Europa League on Wednesday.

Moscow had raced to a 2-0 lead before Daka took matters into his own hands by scoring four goals by himself including a nine-minute hat-trick, to claim several records.

With the goals, Patson Daka became both the first Leicester player to score a hat-trick in European competition and the first Zambian player to do so for any club in a major European competition (excluding qualifiers).

In bagging the quadruple, the former Salzburg man swiftly became the top scorer in this season’s Europa League.
