Manchester United are reportedly eyeing to sign Leicester City’s Wilfried Ndidi.
With the doubts and criticism on Fred hardly showing signs of dying out, it is no surprise to find United getting linked with Ndidi.
According to the Manchester Evening News (MEN), United’s first midfield choice target is AS Monaco’s Aurelien Tchouameni, but should the deal not materialise, Ndidi is a plan B.
“Manchester United are considering a move for Leicester City midfielder Wilfried Ndidi as they seek to rejuvenate their midfield, reports suggest,” the outlet reported.
Meanwhile, the 24-year-old Nigerian is expected to cost a few millions after recently signing a six-year deal with the Foxes that will run until 2024.
