Mohammed Salah’s agent Ramy Abbas Issa is demanding a £500,000-a-week deal for the player if he is to sign a new Liverpool deal.
The Reds are trying all they can to tie the Egyptian to a new deal but an agreement is yet to be agreed with the Mirror reporting that Abbas flew into England on Saturday for further talks with the English giants.
Abbas watched Liverpool’s 5-0 hammering of Watford as Mohammed Salah conjured another brilliant individual strike to go level with former Chelsea striker Didier Drogba as the highest-scoring African player in Premier League history with 104 goals.
Mohammed Salah’s current deal will expire in the next 20 months and after flirting with a move to Spain previously, Liverpool doesn’t want to lose one of their most prized assets as they look to dominate English football.
