Fenerbahce has denied reports defender Attila Szalai is close to joining Premier League side Chelsea.
Hungary boss Marco Rossi claimed that Szalai is on the brink of signing for the Blues. In a statement released on Tuesday, Fenerbahce has revealed Chelsea has not made any contact to sign Szalai.

“Our club has not made any transfer negotiations regarding our successful football player Attila Szalai. Our player continues his work completely concentrating on the goals of our team. We present it to the public.”
