Chelsea’s Hakim Ziyech left out of Morocco squad as Morocco head coach Vahid Halilhodzic has named the Morocco squad ahead of the Africa Cup of Nations set to kick off next year.
Premier League side Chelsea has been handed a massive boost after forward Hakim Ziyech was left out of the squad. The Blues have a congested fixture in January with six fixtures scheduled against fellow title contenders Liverpool and Manchester City and London rivals Tottenham.
Ziyech will now remain with the west London side, a massive boost for Thomas Tuchel men who will be without goalkeeper Mendy. According to reports, the former Ajax man has been left out after falling out with coach Halilhodzic.
